Eyes Set To Kill Vocalist To Release Solo Album

Eyes Set to Kill front-woman Alexia Rodriguez will release her new solo album, ‘Lexia: Underground Sounds‘, on October 12th. The release will feature acoustic versions of several Eyes Set to Kill songs plus a cover of Radiohead’s “Climbing Up the Walls”. Stream the songk “Reach” at this location.

Weezer Team Up With Hurley For Clothing Collection

Weezer have team up with Hurley to create a clothing collection exclusively for PacSun. The line, which includes limited edition Weezer T-shirts and hoodies, will be available beginning Sept. 10. The collection was designed around the Weezer aesthetic, using simple color pallets that “are both retro and futuristic,” according to a press release. Between Sept. 10 and Oct. 15, fans who purchase the products will receive a free download card of Weezer music with bonus content along with the possibility of winning signed posters, guitars and more. One fan will win a lunchtime Weezer concert for their school.

Cove Reber Breaks His Silence

Cove Reber has finally broken the silence that followed his removal from Saosin. In a Tumblr post Reber mentioned he’s been working on a new project with a man named Joey Brutalford. Slipknot To Release ‘(sic)nesses’

Slipknot will release a new live DVD, ‘(sic)nesses‘, on September 28th. The performance was filmed on June 13th, 2009 at the Download Festival and was one of the last major performances for Paul Gray. The DVD includes the band’s eighteen track set plus a forty five minute behind the scenes documentary, music videos for “Psychosocial”, “Dead Memories”, “Sulfur” and “Snuff”. Craig Owens Reveals Band Name

Craig Owens has revealed the name of his new band. In a tweet, Owens unveiled the name D.R.U.G.S., which stands for “Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows.” The band features guitarist/vocalist Matt Good (ex-From First To Last), guitarist Nick Martin (Cinematic Sunrise, Isles & Glaciers) and drummer Aaron Stern (ex-Matchbook Romance). Sum 41 Cancel Warped Tour Appearances

Sum 41 have announced that they will have to cancel their remaining appearances on Warped Tour. Frontman Deryck Whibley was attacked in Japan last Thursday, re-aggravating a slipped disk in his spine which he originally sustained in 2007.
