Due to commitments to the Red Hot Chili Peppers, drummer Chad Smith has announced Kenny Aronoff will fill in on drums when Chickenfoot tours this fall. Their new album ‘Chickenfoot III‘ comes out on September 26th.

Breaking Benjamin Front-man Has Filed Suit Against Former Guitarist And Bassist

Breaking Benjamin front-man Ben Burnley has filed suit against former guitarist Aaron Fincke and bassist Mark Klepaski for making unauthorized decisions on behalf of the band, which include the release of an upcoming greatest hits album and a remixed version of “Blow Me Away”. They were fired in May via email when details of the greatest hits album were announced. Ben is seeking to retain ownership of the band name and exclusive rights to perform and record under the Breaking Benjamin name in the future.
