Matt’s plaid black and white Hurley backpack, Elliott’s plain blac backpack and Dreds black Under Armor backpack. Contents were brand new MacBooks, iPods, a passport and the flipcam. Puddle of Mudd frontman Wes Scantlin has been charged with felony cocaine possession. He was pulled over and arrested in January for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. On top of the drug charges, he has been charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a license. He has pled not guilty, but if convicted, he could receive up to 4.5 years in jail.
