Puddle of Mudd frontman Wes Scantlin has been charged with felony cocaine possession. He was pulled over and arrested in January for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. On top of the drug charges, he has been charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a license. He has pled not guilty, but if convicted, he could receive up to 4.5 years in jail.
