Rise Against have announced that they’ll release a DVD “Another Station: Another Mile” on Oct. 5. It’ll feature 14 performances of songs recorded in locations throughout the world interspersed with interviews from the band revealing the creative process that goes into a Rise Against song. According to TV Guide, the SyFy Channel is developing a new reality series around Billy Ray and Trace Cyrus (formerly of Metro Station). Its currently titled UFO: Unbelievably Freakin’ Obvious, would follow the pair as they investigate conspiracy theories involving unexplained activity and paranormal phenomena across the country. 3OH!3 Sued By Former Wrestler “Diamond” Dallas Page
Celebrity gossip websites are reporting that 3OH!3 have been sued by former professional wrestler “Diamond” Dallas Page over accusations they’re infringing the copyright he owns on the world famous “hand diamond” gesture that the group uses for their logo. According to the lawsuit filed on August 31, Page claims that 3OH!3 have “misappropriated Plaintiff’s Diamond Cutter trademark hand sign to promote its apparel, entertainment services, and other products.” You can read about the charges and see the official paperwork here.
