Joe Trohman (guitarist of Fall Out Boy, the Damned Things) has posted a blog update below. He is launching a new band, With Knives. Just filling everyone in on what’s going on with myself and others are working on: -The Damned Things are most likely not doing anything in 2012. As I’ve mentioned before ETID & Anthrax are very very busy touring their new records and I’d be surprised if anyone pushes for something TDT related this year. The Damned Things To Release Debut In December

The Damned Things(featuring Keith Buckley of Every Time I Die, Joe Trohman and Andy Hurley of Fall Out Boy and Scott Ian and Rob Caggiano of Anthrax) will release their debut album ‘Ironiclast’ on December 14th via Island Records. The album’s first single “We’ve Got A Situation Here” will be released online October 26th.
