3OH!3 Sued By Former Wrestler “Diamond” Dallas Page

Celebrity gossip websites are reporting that 3OH!3 have been sued by former professional wrestler “Diamond” Dallas Page over accusations they’re infringing the copyright he owns on the world famous “hand diamond” gesture that the group uses for their logo. According to the lawsuit filed on August 31, Page claims that 3OH!3 have “misappropriated Plaintiff’s Diamond Cutter trademark hand sign to promote its apparel, entertainment services, and other products.” You can read about the charges and see the official paperwork here.

Hellogoodbye Looking To Book House Shows

Hellogoodbye have some open dates during their upcoming tour with 3OH!3 and want to play your house. Fans interested in booking the band can fill out an application here. Hellogoodbye’s second album is expected to be released this fall.
