Wake The Light Call It Quits

Wake the Light have announced they are breaking up. It is with a heavy heart that we announce Wake the Light is no more. We have unofficially been apart since April. We are still signed to our deal and breaking up does not remedy that situation, meaning we can’t just break up and walk away, so we will continue to work with them behind the scenes to find a resolution and move on mutually. The Company We Keep have announced their lineup. Motion City Soundtrack’s frontman Justin Pierre, Brian Southall (formerly of Boys Night Out, the Receiving End Of Sirens, Isles & Glaciers) Amy Brennan, and Brandon Morgan.

Chimaira Announce New Band Lineup

Chimaira’s frontman Mark Hunter announced that Emil Werstler will now play guitar for Chimaira, Daath’s Jeremy Creamer will take over bass and Zatorsky will remain on keyboards. In addition, Matt Szlachta of Dirge Within will be Chimaira’s second guitarist.

2012 Vans Warped Tour Survey

The Dangerous Summer’s Drummer Tyler Minsberg Leaves The Band

The Dangerous Summer‘s drummer Tyler Minsberg quit the band for a second time last night. Nate from Sparks The Rescue filled in on drums for him tonight at the Very GK Holiday Festival. Frontman AJ Perdomo confirmed that Tyler is no longer in the band below. Tyler didnt quit a second time. He came back for warped and a couple shows as we said before. Old news haha. He is pursuing school, etc.

A Day To Remember has filed a lawsuit against their label, Victory Records, alleging breach of contract. The lawsuit was filed by the members of the band in U.S. District Court in Tennessee.
