You Me At Six To Release New Album In September 2011

You Me At Six frontman Josh Franceschi has revealed in a new interview the band are hopeful to release a new album in September of 2011. He says, We’ve got songs that we’ve written that sound like they could be on a Coldplay or Snow Patrol album. And then we’ve got another song that sounds like it could be on a Parkway Drive record.

There For Tomorrow have announced that a new album is on its way in 2011. The band revealed that Michael Elvis Baskette (Incubus, Story Of The Year, Escape The Fate) will be producing the album and that it will not necessarily be heavy but “will sound bad in the best ways possible.”

Blink-182 To Finish Recording By May

Blink-182 vocalist/bassist Mark Hoppus posted a blog post talking about how things are going with the band’s upcoming album. Hoppus says the band want to deliver the record in April or May for release very soon afterward. I’d say we’re working with the better part of 10 or so songs at this point. It seems like the songs are both taking a step even further than we took on the last album, while also going back to the sound of some of the earlier albums. Read the entire blog here.

Flyleaf To Release New EP

Flyleaf will release a new seven song EP titled ‘Remember to Live‘ on December 7th.
