A viral video featuring Texas In July drummer Adam Gray juggling three drum sticks while playing has got him on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on May 17th. He will be performing during a skit called “Does This Thrill Bill” in which he tries to impress actor William Shatner. Gray says,
I’m honored to have been selected to perform on The Tonight Show. Everyone at the show that I’ve worked with so far has been incredibly supportive. I can’t thank them enough for such a great opportunity. I can’t wait to take the stage.” His bandmate Ben Witkowski says, “We’re all so excited that such a large audience is going to get to see how talented Adam is behind the drum kit. Adam is always practicing and working on new tricks, but we’re still always fascinated by what he’s able to do. Everyone on tour is planning on watching the show together and cheering Adam on.
