The first round of bands have been announced for Riot Fest East. It will take place July 19-21 at Festival Pier and Theatre Of Living Arts in Philadelphia. Joining Refused will be the Promise Ring, OFF!, Gameface, Boy Sets Fire, August Burns Red and Hirs.

OFF! will release their self-titled debut album on May 8 via Vice.
OFF! “Black Thoughts” Video
OFF! have released the video for “Black Thoughts” off their debut 1ST EP out October 12th. The band features Keith Morris of Black Flag/Circle Jerks along with Red Kross’ Steven Shane McDonald, Burning Brides’ Dimitri Coats, and Rocket from the Crypt/Hot Snake drummer Mario Rubalcaba.
