Metallica To Headline 2017 South American Lollapalooza Festivals

Metallica will headline Lollapalooza in Brazil, Argentina and Chile. Lollapalooza Brazil will be held on March 25 and 26 at Autódromo de Interlagos in São Paulo and also feature The Strokes, Rancid, Cage the Elephant and more. Then in Argentina come March 31 and April 1 at Hippodromo de San Isidro in Buenos Aires. The final installment of Lollapalooza’s 2017 run in South America will be held at O’Higgins Park in Santiago, Chile on April 1 and 2.

Lollapalooza Announce Israel Festival

Lollapalooza have announced that their third International location for the festival will be Israel starting August 20-22, 2013. The festival will be put on by NMC United, which is described as “a prominent home entertainment and music distributor and publisher in Israel” along with production company Plug Productions Generator.

Black Sabbath, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Black Keys, Jack White To Headline Lollapalooza 2012

Lollapalooza 2011 Line-Up Announced

The lineup has been unveiled for the 20th anniversary of Lollapalooza, set for Aug. 5 to 7 in Chicago’s Grant Park. Coldplay, Eminem, Muse and Foo Fighters will headline, joined by Deftones, Manchester Orchestra, Black Cards, Patrick Stump, My Morning Jacket, Bright Eyes, Sleigh Bells, Flogging Molly, and many more. The Killers, Jane’s Addiction To Headline Lollapalooza

Lollapalooza will go international for a two-day festival in Santiago, Chile, on April 2 and 3. Founder and Jane’s Addiction frontman Perry Farrell says he chose Santiago for its open space, wide range of cultural offerings and the local passion for contemporary music. The lineup includes more than 50 bands over five stages with headliners The Killers, Jane’s Addiction and Kanye West. Deftones, 30 Seconds To Mars, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and the Flaming Lips are among the artists confirmed for the event.
