Randy Blythe has been denied bail to leave Czech prison again. The Gauntlet reports that after posting the doubled rate of $400,000 to make bail, he was once again blocked by a challenge by the prosecutor. If formal charges aren’t filed after the judge’s decision this time, which could take up to 10 days, that Blythe will be free to leave on bail.
