Every Time I Die‘s Keith Buckley announced the departure of the band’s drummer, Daniel Davison. According to Theprp.com, he made the announcement onstage during the band’s Wednesday, Sept. 27, performance in Portland, Maine, revealing that Davison has left the band.

The first confirmed acts for the 2017 Download Festival have been announced including the three headliners, System of a Down, Biffy Clyro and Aerosmith. System of a Down will headline at Donington Park on Friday, June 9, Biffy Clyro lead Saturday (June 10), and Aerosmith will close out the festival on Sunday night (June 11). Other acts announced include Slayer, Prophets of Rage, Rob Zombie, Five Finger Death Punch, AFI, Of Mice & Men, Sleeping With Sirens, Motionless in White, Simple Plan, Every Time I Die, The Story So Far and Fozzy.

Former Every Time I Die drummer Ryan Leger has teamed with Norma Jean frontman Cory Brandan and ex-Dead And Divine guitarist Chris LeMasters to form a new band, Hundred Suns. It’s definitely been important to us that the standard of music we create aligns with the emotion of the content behind it,” said Brandan. “From lyrics to sound, it all has to make sense.
