Panic! At The Disco will premiere their new video for “The Ballad Of Mona Lisa” at 12:01 a.m. Feb. 8 on MTV.com, and then on the channel at 7:56 p.m. The song is the first single from their upcoming album ‘Vices & Virtues‘, which comes out on March 29th. I will have the video on here as soon as its posted.
