Hollywood Undead have announced that they’ve parted ways with longtime vocalist / percussionist Matty “Da Kurlzz” Busek. Matty and Hollywood Undead have decided that we are parting ways amicably,” the band’s official statement read, via press release sent out this evening, on Oct. 10 by the band’s management. “Matty decided he would like to pursue his own interests and we are supportive of that. We wish him nothing but the best moving forward.

Tom Petty’s Family Releases Statement Confirming His Death
Tom Petty’s manager has released a statement on behalf of his family confirming that the he has died. According to the statement, Petty died at approximately 11:40 PM EST surrounded by family, friends, and bandmates. Earlier today, he was found unresponsive after suffering from cardiac arrest in his home. After arriving at the hospital, it was determined that Petty had no brain activity and the family ultimately decided to remove him from life support. Here is the statement from Petty’s manager:
