Tool Confirmed to Headline 2017 Governors Ball Music Festival
Tool will play their first New York City show in over a decade this year at the annual Governors Ball Music Festival. Cage the Elephant and Royal Blood will also be at the festival. UPDATED Tool Recording New Album
UPDATE 12/2/11 Toolband.com revised the post to clarify that the sessions were for Volto (drummer Danny Carey’s side project) not for tool. Tool have announced on their website newsletter that they entered the studio to start recording their new album over Thanksgiving. They are once again working with producer/engineer Joe Barresi (Coheed and Cambria, Puscifer, Clutch) for the album.
