Bayside have announced a covers EP to be released on their own label, Gumshoe Records. It will be titled Covers – Volume 1, the EP is being funded, released and shipped by the band. We are locking in a new label right now and intend to start writing a new album in January. However we wanted to put out something to tide over our fans until we can deliver another album. Anthony Raneri To Miss Shows On Where’s The Band? Tour

Anthony Raneri of Bayside will be missing some shows on the Where’s The Band? Tour due to a hand infection. I’ve spent the last 24 hours in the hospital in Orange County. I had an infection in my finger that spread through my hand. It’s totally stiff and painful. Really sorry to the fans that came out to SLO tonight to see me. Unfortunately I won’t be able to make it to San Francisco tomorrow either. Silverstein, Bayside, Polar Bear Club, More On Take Action Tour

Altpress has reveal the official lineup for the 10-year anniversary of Hopeless Records’ Take Action Tour. Silverstein and Bayside will co-headline and they’ll be joined by Polar Bear Club, the Swellers and Texas In July. The annual charity tour will be raising funds and awareness for Sex, Etc., a national organization dedicated to providing and promoting comprehensive sex education to young people and the adults who teach them.
