The initial lineup for this year’s Riot Fest and Carnival in Chicago has been announced below. The festival will take place September 14-16 at Humboldt Park and Congress Theater, with performances from Rise Against, Iggy and the Stooges, the Offspring, Chiodos, A Day To Remember, Coheed And Cambria and more. August Burns Red have posted a new song “Empire.” The is off their upcoming fourth album ‘Leveler.’ The album come out on June 21 via Solid State. Guitarist JB Brubaker says, ‘Empire’ is a pretty intense song and we feel it starts the album out with a bang. My favorite part is the melodic section in the middle with the group singing. We’ve never done anything like that before and it makes the song special for me.
