The initial lineup for this year’s Riot Fest and Carnival in Chicago has been announced below. The festival will take place September 14-16 at Humboldt Park and Congress Theater, with performances from Rise Against, Iggy and the Stooges, the Offspring, Chiodos, A Day To Remember, Coheed And Cambria and more.
